2023 SMA Supervisors Summit

The goal of the Safety and Mission Assurance (SMA) Supervisors Summit is for you to network with your peers and share and learn best management practices within SMA. There will be valuable presentations on the future direction of the Office of Safety and Mission Assurance and other important topics impacting your role. In addition, there will be small-group networking sessions where you can share lessons learned about being an SMA leader at your center, discuss recruitment practices, learn about valuable agency training programs and build a community with your peers. Finally, there will be a panel of SMA leaders discussing what they expect regarding supervision and management practices.
